Dziennik Ustaw - rok 2008 nr 93 poz. 587

Na podstawie art. 26 ustawy z dnia 24 sierpnia 2006 r. o służbie cywilnej (Dz. U. Nr 170, poz. 1218, z późn. zm.¹⁾) zarządza się, co następuje:

1) pkt 22 i 22a otrzymują brzmienie:

„22. B2 Certificate in English – advantage, B2 Certificate in English for Business Purposes – advantage, Certificate in English for Technical Purposes (B2) – egzaminy TELC (The European Language Certificates) administrowane przez WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH lub telc GmbH; telc English B2, telc English B2 Business, telc English B2 Technical, telc English C1 – wydawane przez telc GmbH.

„22a. London Tests of English, Level 3 (Edexcel Level 1 Certificate in ESOL International); London Tests of English, Level 4 (Edexcel Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International); London Tests of English, Level 5 (Edexcel Level 3 Certificate in ESOL International) – wydawane przez Edexcel; administrowane przez Pearson Language Assessments lub Pearson Language Tests.”;

2) pkt 27 otrzymuje brzmienie:

„27. Certificat Supérieur de Français (B2) – egzaminy TELC (The European Language Certificates) administrowane przez WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH lub telc GmbH; telc Français B2 – wydawany przez telc GmbH.”;

3) pkt 30 i 31 otrzymują brzmienie:

„30. Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf (ZDfB) (B2), Goethe-Zertifikat B2, Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung (ZMP) (C1), Goethe-Zertifikat C1 (Zentrale Mittelstufenprüfung) (ZMP), Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung (ZOP) (C2), Goethe-Zertifikat C2 (Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung) (ZOP), Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom (KDS) (C2), Grosses Deutsches Sprachdiplom (GDS) (C2) – egzaminy organizowane przez Goethe-lnstitut.

31. Prüfung Wirtschaftsdeutsch International (PWD) (C1) – egzaminy organizowane przez Goethe-lnstitut, Deutscher Industrie- und Handelskammertag (DIHK), Carl Duisberg Centren (CDC).”;

4) pkt 34 otrzymuje brzmienie:

„34. Zertifikat Deutsch Plus (B2), Zertifikat Deutsch für den Beruf (ZDfB) (B2) – egzaminy TELC (The European Language Certificates) administrowane przez WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH lub telc GmbH; telc Deutsch B2, telc Deutsch C1 – wydawane przez telc GmbH.";

5) pkt 38 otrzymuje brzmienie:

„38. Certificado de Español para Relaciones Profesionales (B2) – egzaminy TELC (The European Language Certificates) administrowane przez WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH lub telc GmbH; telc Español B2 – wydawany przez telc GmbH.”;

6) pkt 41 otrzymuje brzmienie:

„41. Certificato Superiore d'ltaliano (B2) – egzaminy TELC (The European Language Certificates) administrowane przez WBT Weiterbildungs-Testsysteme GmbH lub telc GmbH; telc Italiano B2 – wydawany przez telc GmbH.”.
